How Does SkinVive® Work?

As it is part of the Juvederm® Collection of Fillers, SkinVive is made from ‘hyaluronic acid’: a naturally-occurring compound that forms the basis of many products. Our SkinVive process involves injecting the HA formula beneath the cheeks’ top layer. You guessed it: this stimulates collagen production for younger-looking, smooth skin. When Do Results Show?

This injectable treatment will keep skin hydrated for about 6 to 9 months. You are always free to stop by for a complimentary consultation before that time (5-6 months) to check in with our Aesthetic Injectors. Any Major Side Effects?

No major effects. Treatments in Juvederm’s collection are made with ‘hyaluronic acid’ (non-toxic and biocompatible), and therefore cause very few side effects. It may include minor bumps / swelling, redness, discoloration, bruising, firmness, itching or tenderness to the touch. We will review possible side effects during your consultation.

Can I Combine SkinVive + Botox?

Combining treatments (SkinVive w/ Botox, Dysport, etc.) depends on what our Aesthetic Injectors deem best for your individual skin concerns.
